Please join The Carlton Restaurant when they sample some wonderful wines from "down under" and welcome the Shild Estate. Three generations of the Schild family are tending some of the oldest vines found in Barossa Valley, Australia. Ed Schild is overseeing his 63rd vintage, his son Michael is celebrating his 33rd vintage and his grandson Angus is tending to his 3rd vintage! They are tasting 7 of these gems (three of which are rated over 90 points) paired with Chef Simon's exquisite cuisine. Come and relax on a summertime Friday and they guarantee you will enjoy the wines and be purchasing plenty to take home!
