Languedoc-Roussillon Wine Dinner at Brasserie 8 1/2 - NYC Festivals & Events
Languedoc-Roussillon Wine Dinner
This Spring, Brasserie 8½ is happy to host their first-ever Languedoc-Roussillon wine dinner.
Dominated by 740,300 acres of vineyards, this southern region of France is the single biggest wine-producing region in the world, and is responsible for more than one third of France's total wine production.
Chef Franck Deletrain has prepared a five-course meal that will begin with a Thon Mi-Cuit (seared tuna) and end with a Poire Rotie au Fromage (roasted bosc pear with Fourme D'Ambert). Pairings include rich, full-bodied reds, zesty whites, and a dry-crisp sparkler -- Languedoc-Roussillon is the world's first sparkling wine region after all.
FIVE COURSES WITH WINE PAIRINGS | $95
