Beaujolais Wine Dinner
Travel with Brasserie 8½ and journey through the French region of Beaujolais at their annual dinner celebrating its wines. Located in the southern part of Burgundy, Beaujolais is comprised of more than 44 thousand acres of vines across 34 miles of land, and is known for its beautiful views, historic windmills, and quality wines.
Chef Franck Deletrain has prepared a delectable menu comprised of Pike Quenelle, Baked Salmon, and a Filet Mignon Rossini. Each course has been carefully paired with some of Beaujolais' finest wines, including a Beaujolais Blanc and a Cru du Beaujolais.
