Mariemont is one of only a few planned communities in the US. The hallmark of the village is its rich and unique history. The Village was designated an historic landmark in 2007.
The Village is named for its founder, Mary Emery and ground was broken on the development in 1923. Mariemont features architecture from Norman to classic Georgian style. The village square serves as the center of the community.
This cozy enclave sits just 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati and offers a very enjoyable and relaxing visit and is a favorite among locals as well as visitors. Mariemont offers some exceptional shopping and dining destinations. There are fabulous parks to add to the experience!
Several civic groups, churches, fine arts performers and venues add to the already charming environment.
