SIghtseeing Adventures

Cincinnati offers one of the finest skylines and some of the most vibrant history to be found anywhere in the US. There are many ways in which you can experience both of these first hand while visiting us in the Queen City.

The Ohio River is a major part of Cincinnati’s history and success. You can feel the power of the Mighty Ohio first hand on a dining or sightseeing cruise on one of BB Riverboats majestic river boats. Their schedules are convenient and service is top notch.

For a much different perspective on Cincinnati’s lay of the land, Stratus Helicopters offer breathtaking views from the air. Cincinnati Magazine has voted this the best way to see the city.

Before there was Vegas, there was Newport, KY. Newport shares connections to some of the most well known crime figures in history. America Legacy Tours offers a walking tour through Newport that leaves from Gangsters Dueling Piano Bar. The tour demonstrates many of the landmarks frequented by these notorious figures and
explains how this little town helped give birth to the gaming industry.

If the outdoors strikes your fancy, the personality of the city can also be experienced on a bike or Segway. Bike rentals and tours of Eden Park, downtown, the waterfront or your own custom tour are offered by The Garage OTR.

Cincinnati has no shortage of arts or culture. The Taft Museum of Art is one of the finest small museums in America and a National Historic Landmark. It is home to an extensive art collection, Chinese porcelains and European decorative arts. You’ll find works by Rembrandt, Goya, Turner, Sargent and the greatest Gothic ivory
sculpture in America.

Let’s not forget the Cincinnati Reds were the first organized professional baseball team in the major league and have the oldest team hall of Fame, founded in 1958. As a tribute to that and all of the great players throughout the history of the team, the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum honors 71 members of various Reds teams.
